pertambahan berat badan kot..
arcilist
salam

sakit tumit mungkin kasut yang tak sesuai, terlalu keras atau terlalu lembut, jadi pressure point tak balance, lagi teruk kalau ditambah berat badan lebih

sakit lutut biasa terjadi bagi yang berumur, osteoarthritis (OA), biasanya sakit ni orang biasa kata 'gris kat sendi dah abis', ni memang tanda2 proses penuaan

kalau umur muda, ada kemungkinan penyakit lain, seperti Rheumatoid arthritis (tapi biasanya ni jadi kat sendi2 tangan dan hujung kaki, lutut mmg jarang kot)

kalau tak tahan sangat, mungkin boleh pembedahan, masukkan besi, ganti kepala tulang yang bergesel, kalau leh tahan biasanya doktor kasik ubat tahan sakit kot (ke ade inject 'gris'? tak ingat)

my sis say, klu sakit2 tumit ni berkaitan dgn rahim...petua?? org kate gelek kan tumit kaki yg sakit tu kat akar2 pokok yg besar tu x pun gelek kan tumit tu kat kayu. biasa nye klu sakit kaki/tumit ni xde ubat khas..kekadang dia akan baik sendiri tp lama la
mirza
Mirz pernah mengalami skit tumit kaki....juga telapak kaki....kira2 5thn lps mmg sakit klu memijak lantai....lbih2 lg klu permukaan yg berbatu.....(mcm batu utk reflekslogi tu). tp bla Mirz turunkan brat badan.....rasa sakit berkrgan. so...pertambahan brat badan jga ada kaitan dgn sakit di tumit kaki.

apa yg Mirz difhmkan...kaki merupakan titik tumpu segala urat saraf di tubuh kita ni....so sakit kaki (tertakluk kpd bhg mana) boleh dikaitkan dgn penyakit yg kita hidapi.

seeloknya berjmpa la dgn doktor utk mengesahkan apa sebnarnya penyakit yg dihidapi.
jezz
ada baiknya jumpa doc.

Tips To Treat Heel Pain:

1. Take a load off! Put your feet up - take a break - especially at the beginning when you first feel pain in your heels.
2. Wear Prolotex™ Far Infrared Socks to stimulate natural healing and cell rejuvenation.
3. If the pain is severe in the beginning - Ice packs (a bag of frozen peas works well) will help to reduce initial swelling.
4. Gentle stretching and strengthening exercises will help to increase flexibility of tendons and ligaments.
5. Your doctor may suggest several foot massages.
6. Drink plenty of fresh water to aid the circulatory system.
7. Wear supportive shoes - avoid going barefoot.
8. Lose weight - if you are obese - take the stress off your feet.
9. Wear a fresh, clean pair of Prolotex™ Far Infrared Socks every day, to help improve the circulation in your feet and reduce your heel pain.

Heel Spurs

Heel Spurs are often the cause of serious pain in the heel of the foot. Heel spurs can easily interfere and disrupt your daily lifestyle as they generate aching pain with every step. Many factors can contribute to the development of a spur, but luckily there are conservative ways to stop pain and reverse the condition.

Pain that results from a heel spur is usually characterized by a sharp poking and is localized to the heel or under the heel. Aching pain can become very severe and inflammation and bruising can also occur. When taking a step or when putting pressure on the heel, pain can escalate, particularly after prolonged periods of rest like the first step after getting out of bed in the morning.

Heel Spur

A heel spur is a growth of bone that extends from the heel bone (calcaneous). The spur itself has no feeling. However, these bony outgrowths usually extend from the heel bone into the soft tissue surrounding the bottom of the foot, causing inflammation of the plantar fascia (fasciitis) and pain throughout the heel of the foot.

The heel spur is composed of calcium deposits. This bony deposit develops when the plantar fascia stretches abnormally due to stress factors and occurs where the ligament attaches and stretches away from the heel bone. These pointed outgrowths, which can be visible through an X-ray, are often hooked and extend forward toward your toes as much as half an inch

Most cases of heel spurs can be treated by the simple, conservative means of our Heel Cups, Heel Seats, Heel Pads, Arch Supports, and Insoles. They use acupressure as an effective way to treat the pain associated with heel spurs. Our unique treatments not only effectively treat the pain, they also reverse the heel spur growth. They cradle the heel and arch of the foot, providing the support and reinforcement of the heel which is necessary to relieve stress and pain in the tissue around the heel spur.

In most cases, heel spurs occur in persons over the age of 40 and can result from a number of different reasons. Spurs can begin to form as a result of obesity or sudden weight gain, such as during pregnancy, which can place continuous and excessive weight on the heel of the foot. Another common cause of heel spurs is wearing ill-fitting shoes which fail to properly support the heel and other important areas of the foot. Pronation, which is the abnormal motion and misalignment of the foot, can also contribute to this condition. With excessive pronation, the plantar fascia, which is a bow-like ligament along the bottom of the foot, could be stretched and forced to pull away from the heel bone, contributing to the development of a spur. Other causes of heel spurs may be attributed to gout, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Due to the heel spur's protrusion into the tendons and nerves of the foot, aching pain may be severe and continuous. Although the formation and subsequent pain of the heel spur may be caused from stress on the area around the heel, the pain actually decreases after walking. This is because the capillaries and nerves adjust around the spur, which is why pain is usually most severe when pressure is put on it after periods of rest. This pain may also increase when walking on hard surfaces or when carrying heavy objects.
