Position: Customer Technical Support (Helpdesk)
Job Description: To attend/answer inbound call from customers, identify their problem on product and assist them solve the problems by providing the right solution/troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in: IT / Engineering / Technical / Computer Science or equivalent.
-Applicants must be willing to work in DAMANSARA area
-have basic in IT
Basic Salary : Min 1500 (Diploma and Below) before another allowance
MinRM1700 ( Degree Holder and Above) before another allowance
Working Hours: Normal Shift (as per schedule) working 8 hour per day
7am - 4.30pm
8am - 5.30pm
9am - 6.30pm
10am - 7.30pm
11am - 8.30pm
2pm - 11.30pm
2.30pm - 12am
4pm - 2.30pm
or
-Split Shift (4 hours break, 4 hours work)
-Monday to Sunday, 5 Days week
-2 Off day (not fixed)
- Must able to work on shift. Earlier shift start at 7am, last shift ends by 2am
- Must be able to work on weekend and public holiday as per schedule given
Work Location : Taman Tun Dr ismail Damansara
Benefit: Split shift Allowonce: RM150
Normal Shift Allawonce : RM55
Technical Allowance Rm200 permonth
Transport Reimbursement (10pm & beyond) : RM7.69 Daily (Max RM200)
Performance Bonus: RM300 Max Monthly
Overtime Allowance 2 hours per split shift
Additional Overtime Applicable Upon Approval
